How much do you charge?

A full price list will soon be available online and we are always happy to provide an individual quote tailored to your requirements. 

As a guide, current charges are:

Session at your home or location of your choice £40 (payable only if you are happy with the pictures).

Print Costs

A4    £10.00      (A4 Size > 210 x 297 mm > 11.6 x 8.2 inch)

A3    £15.00      (A3 Size > 297 x 420 mm > 16.4 x 11.6 inch)

Prices include postage & packing.

What areas do you cover?
We are based in Wirral, Merseyside but are willing to travel to shoot a sitting anywhere in the UK. Sittings further than 10 miles from Wirral will incur travel charges but these will be kept to a minimum.

How long will the sitting take?

It is best to allow approx 1 hour for the sitting, although if it takes a little longer to get the photo’s you want, we will stay at no extra cost.

Do you have backgrounds and lighting equipment?

Yes, we have a complete mobile studio. If your sitting is at home, we can bring studio lights and provide backgrounds (White (high key) or black (low key)). 

What should we wear?

When choosing your outfits, avoid large prints, bold patterns and very bright colours as they take the focus away from you. Unless of course, you prefer not to be the main focus of the photo. For group photos, choose shades that blend well. Darker shades can be slimming.

It is best to have a couple of outfits on hand for babies and young children.

Can we mix who is photographed during the session?

Yes, for example, you could have some photo’s of your children on their own, combined with a family portrait and some photos of your pets or anything else that is special to you.

 How many photographs will you take?

Unlimited, it depends on the length of the sitting, lighting, the weather and many other factors.

Can friends & family buy the pictures?

Yes, we can create a gallery for you on our website where your friends and family can also purchase prints of your photo shoot.

When will we get to see the photographs?

In most cases you will be able to view your photographs on our website within a week.

What quality of prints/products can we expect?

All our images our printed on the highest quality materials using archival inks and paper to ensure you have a print that will last a lifetime. I only use a select few third party suppliers for any specialised products (Frames / Canvas’s / Acrylics etc) and I ensure that the quality and value for money is the best available.

What is your style of photography?

Our style is candid, reportage photography. During your sitting we will photograph you and your family as you want. This could be formal or informal, fun, doing a hobby you enjoy or anything else you would like. Prints can be colour, black & white, sepia, selective colouring and many other options.

Who will be our photographer?

Kris Pendlebury will photograph your sitting. He is a member of the SWPP and is Enhanced CRB checked.

How do we book you?

Please contact us to make a booking. When you make your booking we will discuss the style of photography you would like and the location you would like the sitting to take place.

When will we be required to pay for your services?

The sitting fee is payable by cash or cheque when the sitting takes place.

Payment for additional prints is made when you place an order from the ‘your photos’ section of our website. If you are unable to pay for these by debit or credit card, you could choose to pay by cheque or bank transfer. Please contact us for details if required.

Do you charge travel expenses?

Not normally within a 10 mile radius of Wirral.
If you would like us to do a sitting further afield, we would normally charge mileage costs at 40p per mile. In addition, any tunnel fees would also be chargeable, these are chargeable for sittings in Liverpool regardless of distance. Mileage charges are calculated using the AA Route Planner service.

Do you accept Debit/Credit Cards?

We accept all major debit/credit cards or alternatively Paypal.

How safe are my Debit/Credit Card Details?

We have partnered with PayPal to ensure the highest levels of security.
PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to theirs using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).
Before you even register or log in to their site, their server checks that you're using an approved browser - one that uses SSL 3.0 or higher.

If you wish not to use your Debit/Credit card, you pay by cash or cheque. Please contact us for further information.

Are you members of any professional bodies?
We are members of the Society of Wedding and Portrait photographers.

Are you insured?
We carry full public liability insurance.

What camera equipment do you use?

We use Olympus professional digital equipment and also have a range of backup equipment.
